The following terms apply to Triangle SkeptiCamp 2025 by virtue of the event being hosted on Town of Apex premises. They apply to this event along with the Triangle Skeptics Events Code of Conduct. All participants agree to abide by these terms as a condition of their participation.

• No rice, birdseed, incense, fog/bubble/smoke machines, glitter, colored powder, confetti, helium balloons, paints, dyes or fireworks are permitted on town premises.
• No inflatable rides/games are permitted inside or outside the facility.
• No open flames, candles with the exception of warmers for food.
• No decorations are allowed affixed to walls. Only freestanding and table top decorations are permitted. The use of tape, nails, screws, or staples are not permitted on facility walls.
• The following shall be prohibited within or on the facility premises:
  • Smoking within the building
  • All illegal drugs or other substances
  • Weapons of all kinds except for Law Enforcement Officers in the execution of their duties or during Town of Apex approved public demonstrations
  • Animals of any kind, with the exception of those serving the needs of the physically challenged
  • Use of profanity, profane gestures and any unruly behavior detrimental to the normal operation of the facility or the safety of the public and employees
  • Any other action deemed necessary by the Town of Apex, or its designee, to protect the health and welfare of the public, employees or the facility.
