On the third Wednesday of each month, members and friends of Triangle Skeptics meet for a social gathering. Organized under the internationally-popular Skeptics in the Pub format, attendees should bring an open but critical mind, awareness of their own biases, and respect for their fellow humans. We generally alternate monthly between agenda-free social events and featured lectures.

Typical agenda:

• 6:30pm – 7:00pm: Eat and greet (no prize for early arrivals); logical error of the month
• 7:00pm – 8:00pm: Featured presentation (as applicable)
• 8:00pm – 9:00pm: Group discussion

These events take place in establishments that offer food and drink for purchase. We encourage attendees to patronize the hosting venues, which typically offer their event spaces to our group at no cost.

When the risk of infectious disease spread is elevated, we move our meetings online to keep the cadence going.
